Mahavir Mandir also called Hanuman Mandir is the second most visited religious shrine in North India. The temple became very popular in 1940s and many Hindu refugees came to this place after the partition of India. It houses the idol of Sankat Mochan. Ram Navami is celebrated here every year and thousands of people visit the place at that time.
