Tania Zaetta Biography

Tania Zaetta is an Australian actress and television host, who works in Bollywood also. She has played both lead and supporting roles on Bollywood big screen. She hails from Merbein, Victoria, Australia. Bunty aur Babli in 2005 marked her Bollywood debut, and later she was featured in Bollywood films such as Salaam Namaste, Mr. White Mr. Black etc, and also one Punjabi film, Dil Apna Punjabi, where she shared screen space with Harbhajan Mann. She played second lead role in 2008 Bollywood film, Mr. Black Mr. White, co-starring Suniel Shetty and Arshad Warsi.

Tania Zaetta is of Australian origin, and she was born to Australian mother and Italian father. She was born on 17 November 1970. Her cousin Julia Zaetta serves as the editor of Better Homes and Gardens and many other magazines. She is the granddaughter of amateur botanist James Howard Browne. Her family is into local brick manufacturing business. Tania started her acting career through television in the early 1990s. She was first seen in the Australian version of Supermarket Sweep (1992-1994). She started her career as a TV host through Who Dares Wins, alongside Mike Whitney in 1996. She hosted the show for next two years.

She has been regular in Australian television as a TV host as well as actress, before moving to big screen roles. She played a supporting role in the Australian television series Pizza and co-hosted Mission Implausible with Jason Plato, followed by a series of TV specials in New York on The Great Outdoor Games for ESPN, TV specials for the 2000 Summer X Games etc. She stepped into the Bollywood in 2005, and worked in a few films. Zaetta released an online program aimed at building a better body through Pilates training. She is also associated with social service and charity programmes.
