Saniya Anklesaria Biography

 

Saniya Anklesaria is a child actress associated with Hindi movies and TV shows. She has also appeared in several TV ads and is a model. She is best known for appearance in TV sitcom, The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir for two seasons and Best of Luck Nikki (Season 4) as a child actress. She has also played child artist role in several Bollywood movies such as Raanjhanaa playing Sonam Kapoor’s childhood, and short films - Yellow Umbrella and A Quiet Noise, where she appeared as child protagonist. Saniya Anklesaria is now looking forward to move on to adult roles, and was recently seen in Bombairiya, playing a supporting role.

 

Saniya Anklesaria was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra in 2002 to Anjali Gupta and Pramesh Anklesaria. She started her acting career as a child model at the age of 7. She participated in Raell Padamsee's seven-day acting workshop during her summer vacation of 2009 after which she signed her first modelling assignment as a child model. From there on she became a part of several television commercials and print media, and rose to fame as a model. Her success in modelling field earned her acting roles from Hindi television industry.

 

She is a trained contemporary dancer who started her lessons at the age of 4. She later continued her studies at the Shiamak Davar's dance company and Brian's Academy of dance in Mumbai, and also successfully participated in several dance competitions. Krupa Shanidev Ki in 2011 was her first TV show, followed by Crime Patrol (investigation/crime TV series). However her major break was The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir, Indian adaptation of the American show, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, which made her a household name.
