Sindhura Gadde Biography

Sindhura Gadde is a former beauty queen from Andhra Pradesh. She is Femina Miss India World 2005 who made to the semi-finals of Miss World Pageant in 2005. She has also appeared in a few Hindi and South Indian movies. She made her acting debut through Akshay Kumar starrer Heyy Baby in 2007, where she played supporting role. She played the role of Devika Sharma in the movie. After that she made her south Indian debut through Telugu movie, Sangamam in 2008. Amaravathi (2009) and Killer (2010) are her other Telugu releases. After a few movies, she got disappeared from screen. She married her Kiwi boyfriend in 2010. She has hosted Femina Miss India South for 3 continuous years.

Gadde was born on 20 August 1984 in Monte Carlo, France. But she was raised by her grandparents in Vijayawada, India. Both her parents were working abroad while she stayed in India. She moved to New Zealand at the age of 10, and joined her parents. Her education was completed there and very soon she entered fashion industry as a model. She won First runner up position at Miss India New Zealand 2002 and Second runner up in Miss Auckland 2002 titles while at New Zealand. Once she returned to India she completed her double degree in Pharmacology & Physiology and a diploma in modeling and started her career as a successful model in India.

She became the runner-up of Femina Miss India contest 2005 and was crowned the title Femina Miss India World. It was her major breakthrough of her modelling career. Hey Baby was her debut movie, in which she played the role of Vidya Balan’s friend. Though she appeared in a few Telugu movies later, she couldn’t establish herself as an actress.
