Siddharth Koirala Biography 
Siddharth Koirala is a Bollywood actor of Nepalese origin. He also acts in Nepali movies. Siddharth is better known as the younger brother of actress Manisha Koirala. In Bollywood he is best known for playing the lead role of critically acclaimed Bollywood movie – Anwar released in 2006. Nauheed Cyrusi played his female lead and the hit song, Maula meri maula meri was pictured on this lead pair. Fun: Can Be Dangerous Sometimes (2005) is his debut movie, which received cold response from critics and audience. Dekh Bhai Dekh (2009) is his latest release, which received good response from critics and fared well at box office too.
Siddharth was born into the famous political family, Koirala of Nepal. His grandfather, Bishweshwar Prasad Koirala and great-uncles Matrika Prasad Koirala and Girija Prasad Koirala have served as Prime Ministers of Nepal. His elder sister Manisha Koirala is a well-established actress of Bollywood. He is married to his girlfriend Yulia Wekitova of Kazakhstan since 2008. He entered Bollywood as a co-producer of Paisa Vasool (2004), which marked the debut of Manisha as a film producer. The movie starring Manisha and Sushmita Sen in lead roles was a box office failure.
He co-wrote a documentary film, Terrorism: Bio Attack in 2005. He made his acting debut the same year ‘Fun: Can Be Dangerous Sometimes’, which was a total disaster. He came back in a bang with his next release – Anwar. Based on the story of terrorist attacks, it received rave reviews from critics. But the movie was a flop. Dekh Bhai Dekh (2009) – a black comedy was his next release. Deshdrohi-2, directed by Kamaal R. Khan is his upcoming project.
