Shirin Kanchwala Biography 
Shirin Kanchwala is an Indian model and actress who works in the South Indian Film Industry. She is an Air Hostess turned actress and model. She got her first break to films in 2018. She played the lead role of an NRI girl Nandini in the debut film, Viraaj in 2018 which bombed at box office. In 2019 she marked her Tamil screen debut with Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja in a lead role. The movie also marked the screen debut of her co-star, Rio Raj – a TV actor and VJ. This comedy drama was written and directed by Karthik Venugopalan in his directorial debut. The movie opened to negative reviews and was a flop. She is currently busy with her modelling assignments as well.
Shirin Kanchwala was born on 19 March 1995 in Maharashtra, Mumbai. She started her professional career as an air hostess before foraying into films. She worked as an Air Hostess with Jet Airways for 3 years. As she got more interested towards modelling and films, she quit her job and decided to try her fortune in the entertainment industry, though she doesn’t own any filmy background. Viraaj in 2018 was her debut flick followed by Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja in 2019, and both films were flops. She played lead roles in both.
She played the lead role of Nisha in Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja. She has signed two Tamil projects, both slated to release in 2020 – Walter – a thriller and Dikkiloona. Sibi Sathyaraj plays the lead role in Walter and Shirin plays the female lead. The movie is written and directed by U. Anbarasan and produced by Shruthi Thilak under the banner, 11:11 Productions (P) Ltd.
