Shanvi Srivastava Biography

ShanviSrivastavis a south Indian film actress who works in Telugu movies. Lovely (2012), Adda (2013) and PyarmeinPadiyone (2014) are her Telugu movies till now. PyarmeinPadiyone is scheduled to get released in June and she plays main lead as a singer opposite AadiPudippedi. The movie is directed by Ravi. C. Kumar and it is for the second time she is paired opposite AadiPudippedi, after her debut release Lovely. There are rumors spread about their romantic linkup too, though both have denied. She has debut Kannada film industry with Chandralekha (2014). The movie is scheduled to get release in March 2014 and she is paired opposite ChiranjeeviSarja in this movie, directed by Om Prakash Rao.

Lovely marked her big screen debut where she was paired opposite AadiPudippedi. She played the role of Lavanya in this romantic movie and the movie was a box office hit too. Her portrayal of a cute young girl received appreciation as well. She was paired opposite Sushant, nephew of AkkineniNagarjuna in 2013 release – Addha directed by Sai Reddy. She played the role of a fashion designer student in Addha. She is to work with Ram GopalVarma in his upcoming Telugu political drama Reddy GaruPoyaru. The movie is loosely based on former chief minister,Rajasekhara Reddy. She plays a brief role in this movie.She has also signed two Tamil movies.

Shanvi doesn’t come from a film background and she is not at all a trained dancer. She was born and brought up in Varanasi. She has recently completed graduation and now accepting more roles in movies. In the time being, she concentrates most on Telugu cinema.
