Scarlett Mellish Wilson is a British model, actress and dancer, who works as an item girl in Indian movies. She shot to fame after appearing in the item number – Baahubali The Beginning in 2015, Manohari, aside Prabhas. 'Jingunamani' song alongside Vijay for the Tamil film, Jilla shot her to instant fame. She came to India in 2009 and started working in Bollywood since then. She has also done many modelling assignments. Till now she has done item numbers aside south Indian stars - Prabhas, Vijay, J. D. Chakravarthy, Pawan Kalyan etc. She was also seen in dance sequences for the Bollywood films - R... Rajkumar, Shanghai, Bajatey Raho etc.

 

She was born in Folkstone, Kent, UK. She was born on 9 May 1989. Trained in ballet and jazz, she got drawn towards dancing since the age of one. She studied performing arts at the Tiffany Theatre College in London. She came to India in search of work in 2009 and later became active in Indian film industry. She worked as an assistant choreographer for the dance show on television - Chak Dhoom Dhoom. She was also featured in many TV ads with leading stars like Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan.

 

She got her first break to films through the Bollywood political thriller Shangai in 2012, where she was seen in a bit role of Tina Ray. She also performed an item number - "Imported Kamariya" for the movie. The highly appreciated film gave her major break to the industry and many dance offers from south Indian films. She was seen in the song - "Kaddu Katega" aside Sonu Sood for the movie, R... Rajkumar. She is indeed the hot item girl down the south. Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu aside Pawan kalyan was her first break to south Indian films.
