Rucha Hasabnis Biography 
Rucha Hasabnis is a popular film actress who debut mini screen with Marathi serial Chaar Choughi. This television series made her immensely popular. Her lead role as Rashi Jigar Modi in the Star Plus serial Saath Nibhaana Saathiya made her a popular artist among TV serial viewers. She played the title role for four long years since 2010 till she took a break from the show in 2014 soon after her engagement, so that she can concentrate on to her health and family. Earlier there were reports that the actress was allegedly not happy with the generation leap, though the producers convinced her to stay back for a few months. She got married to her boyfriend Rahul Jagdale in 2015.
Rucha was born in Mumbai on 8 February 1988. Her brother is settled in US. Acting was her hobby, and never a choice. She is a qualified Company Secretary and wants to restart her job instead of acting career after she settled with marriage. She tied the knot with her childhood friend Rahul on the republic day of 2015. The couple is extremely patriotic at heart and that’s why they chose the specific date. They both were batch mates at school. Though Rahul never watches her shows, he loves to watch her in sari and comments that she is a good actress. Sasan later replaced Rucha’s role as Jigar’s new love.
She entered television in the year 2009, where she debut mini screen with Marathi serial Chaar Choughi which told the story of 4 sisters. She played the role of Devika among the four sisters. She was paired with Bhushan Pradhan for this television series.
