Rohit Khandelwal Biography

Rohit Khandelwal is a very successful supermodel from Hyderabad, Telangana, and a pageant winner.  He is the first ever Asian to be crowned Mister World, and he won the title in the year 2016. He also won the subtitles - Mister World Asia & Oceania and Mister World Multimedia. He also won the title, Mr India 2015. Rohit Khandelwal is a television actor too, he is mostly associated with episodic TV shows, youth oriented shows etc. In fact he started his professional career through a few ads and also a television actor through the TV show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui in 2014, appeared in a few more shows, and later fully concentrated on to his modelling career. Currently he is one of the top models of the country.

Rohit Khandelwa was born on 19 August 1989 in Hyderabad, present-day Telangana. He started his modelling career appearing in a TV ad aside Kareena Kapoor, for a jewellery brand. Very soon he got a few more modelling assignments for TV ads, and finally landed into his first TV role through Yeh Hai Aashiqui for Bindaas in 2014. He later appeared in a few more youth oriented shows such as Million Dollar Girl, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, MTV Big F and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, mostly in episodic roles. his last screen appearance was in 2016 for Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya where he played the role of Zing in episode 19.

After that he concentrated most on his modelling career and earned the most prestigious Mr. India title in 2015, and also represented India at Mr. World title. He was crowned as Mr. World 2016. Not only he is the first Indian to win this title, he is the first Asian too.
