Prarthana Behere Biography 
Prarthana Behere is a popular Marathi film actress, known for the successful moviess like Mitwaa, Coffee ani Barach kaahi and Tujhya Vin Mar Jaavaa Prarthana. She has also acted in some Bollywood films and soaps. She appeared in supporting roles in Bollywood movies - Love U...Mr. Kalakaar! and Bodyguard. She also appeared in Hindi soap - Pavitra Rishta for a couple of years and portrayed the role of Vaishali Karanjkar - the youngest of the three daughters in the Karanjkar family, and Koi Aane Ko Hai. Now she works with her Coffee ani Barach kaahi co-star Vaibhav Tatwawdi for one untitled movie. She appears in Marathi daily soaps too.
She was born on 5 January 1988 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But she is a Maharashtrian. Prarthana Behere got associated with Marathi and Hindi entertainment industry almost at the same time. She is quite successful for Marathi films with the most popular works being like Mitwaa, Coffee ani Barach kaahi and Tujhya Vin Mar Jaavaa Prarthana. Rita – in 2009 marked her Marathi film debut while 2011 blockbuster Bodyguard marked her Hindi debut, where she played a cameo role. Now a busy star of Marathi film industry who had three releases in 2015 – Mitwa, Coffee: Ani Barach Kahi and ‘Tujhya Vin Mar Javaan’. Directed by Murali Nallappa & Ashok Karlekar, ‘Tujhya Vin… Mar Javaan’ is a heartwarming love story.
Prarthana Behere currently works in Marathi serial Mai Lek aired on ETV Marathi, where she portrays the role of Leelavati, a criminal lawyer. It’s her first Marathi television venture and she has always loved to be a part of Marathi tele-world. She along with Neha Marda, has participated in the dancing reality show – Nachle Ve.
