Parignya Pandya Shah is a voice-dubbing actress and trained classical singer, who has also appeared in Bollywood films too. She was seen in a brief role in 2009 Hindi film, Kabira Calling, though she seriously didn’t pursue Bollywood. She achieved success as a dubbing artist, mostly associated with Hindi dubbed versions of Hollywood films and children’s TV shows. She is familiar with English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages and mostly dubs English films and serials to Hindi. She is into the dubbing world since her college days and has sung for Gujarati movies.

Parignya was born on 9 November 1985. She was born and brought up in in Mumbai and got married to Ketul Shah in 2008. The following year she was seen in a brief role in Kabira Calling. But Parignya is quite successful as a dubbing artist, a career she started since her college days. UTV series - Adventures of Jimmy Neutron marked her dubbing career. She also dubbed the voice for Emma Watson in the popular film, Harry Porter 3. Since then she became the official Hindi voice of Emma Watson for all the versions later. It was followed by Watson's voice as Pauline Fossil in the 2007 British TV film, Ballet Shoes, and Hindi voice-over for Hermione in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and continued to be the voice Hermione for the remainder of the series.

She is the Hindi singing voice for Minnie Mouse, "Gwendolyn Tennyson" in Ben 10 series and Haley Ramm's role in Ben 10: Race against Time. She dubbed for Kirsten Stewart as Bella Swan in The Twilight Saga, and for the Indian series, Chhota Bheem and the Throne of Bali in 2013, where she lend her voice for lead protagonist Chota Bheem. She has been dubbing for Hermione in Harry Potter since the third film. She is a singer and has learnt classical singing for 12 years.
