Mrudula Murali Biography 
Mrudula Murali is a south Indian film actress associated with Malayalam and Tamil movies. Red Chillies, 10 am Local call and Elsamma Enna Aankutty are some of her Malayalam flicks. In 2013 she made Tamil debut through Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA where she played lead actress role. A sequel to political thriller Amaithi Padai, this movie marked Sathyaraj’s 200th movie as an actor and Manivannan’s last film as a director cum actor. She is a three times state champion of arts festival (Kalathilakam), before making her film debut through Mohanlal starrer Red Chillies in 2009. Chikkikku Sikkikichu in Tamil and Enthoru Bhagyam in Malayalam are her upcoming flicks.
Mrudula was born on 8 June 1990 in Ernakulam. Her father is an engineer in F.A.C.T Kalamassery. Her younger brother Mithun Murali has also made his acting debut. She completed schooling from Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School and graduation from St. Teresa's College, both from Ernakulam. Currently she pursues PG in broadcasting in Chennai. Mrudula started her career as a television anchor for the show, Dial & See telecast in Jeevan TV. She co-anchored the show aside her younger brother. Both were child anchors then, while they did the show. Then she regularly appeared in many television ads and music videos before making her film debut. She is a winner of prestigious Kalathilakam title continuously for three years.
Malayalam film Red Chillies marked her acting debut in 2009, where she portrayed the role of Varadha Battadirippadu. She got noticed through her next release, Lal Jose’s Elsamma Enna Aankutty where she portrayed the supporting role of Elsamma Enna Aankutty. Her third release was 10:30 am Local Call, a suspense thriller. She also acted in Kangalum Kavipaaduthey in 2007, though the movie was not released. ‘Chikkikku Chikkikichi', alongside Mithun is her much awaited Collywood project. She shares screen space with Unni Mukundan for her upcoming Malayalam release – Enthoru Bhagyam.
