Harshita Gaur Biography

Harshita Gaur is a Hindi television actress, who appears in TV shows as well as web series. She is best known for playing Sanyukta Aggarwal in Channel V’s youth oriented show, Sadda Haq during 2013-2016. She also played supporting roles in Hindi web series - Sacred Games, Puncch Beat, Aman, Black Coffee, Mirzapur and Bribe. Now she is most busy in web series, which earned her fame and recognition. She is also a model from Delhi. In 2019 she marked her big screen debut through Telugu film, Falaknuma Das in a parallel lead aside Vishwak Sen and Saloni Mishra.

She was born in Delhi on 12 October 1992 into a family of doctors. Dr Chandra Shekhar Gaur and Mrs Neena Gaur are her parents. Harshita started off her career as a model, after which she bagged her first television role through Sadda Haq. The show helped her to remain in limelight for a while. She also appeared in TV ads of Dabur Vatika hair oil, Renault Kwid, Garnier light cream, Sunsilk and many more. Though she belonged to a family of doctors, she chose engineering followed by modelling and acting.

She has been always inclined towards acting. She also trained Kathak, and performed live in different parts of the country. She also got involved with stage plays because of her deep interest towards acting. She was doing her engineering while she received her first TV offer through Sadda Haq in 2013. The show’s popularity earned her more opportunities from television industry. Her success in web series gave her first break in south Indian film industry in 2019. With handful of roles in hand, she has a promising career ahead.
