Gurpreet Ghuggi Biography 
Gurpreet Ghuggi is a popular comedian from Punjab. He works in both Punjabi and Hindi movies in comic roles. He was born on July 19, 1971 in Khokhar Fojian, Gurdaspur, Punjab. Ghuggi's parents are originally from Kulla Mandiyala, now in Pakistan. His family has now moved to Jalandhar and he lives in Mumbai right now. He is a natural comedian and very flexible in acting and his body movements has entertained the crowd a lot. He regards Chacha Raunki Ram as his guru in comedy.
He started his journey as a Punjabi actor in Jalandhar Doordarshan's tele-films and shows. A serious role in Parchhaven, aired by Jalandhar Doordarshan was one of his earliest roles. Sunehri Jild, Ghuggi Express, Balle Balle Shawa Shawa and Udeek are a few among his small screen roles. The reality show - The Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One provided him big break to the entertainment industry and his talent was noticed not only in India, but also abroad. Very soon, he got opportunity to work in Bollywood and Punjabi movies. A few of his Bollywood movies include – Bhaji in Problem, Ek: The Power of One, Singh is Kingh, Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namastey London, Joker, Naughty @ 40, Khiladi 786 and Race. He has been featured in numerous movies of super star Akshay Kumar.
He is married to Kuljeet Kaur, with whom he appeared in reality show "Hans Baliye" on STAR One channel and elected as winners. A few of his Punjabi movies include - Ik Kudi Punjab Di, Lagda Ishq Hogaya, Lucky Di Unlucky Story, Yamley Jatt Yamley, Lucky Di Unlucky Story, Jag Jeondeyan De Mele, Mitti Wajaan Maardi, Ek jind ek jaan, Dil Tainu Karda Ae Pyar and Mar Jawan Gur Khake.
