Benaf Dadachandji Biography

Benaf Dadachandji is a popular television actress of Hindi soap operas. She is also a National award winning child artist too. She played lead role in 1996 Children’s film Halo, which bagged Best Children’s film and she also won Special Jury award Special mention for the role. She appeared in television series - Byaah Hamari Bahoo Ka, Choti Bahu 2, Jhansi ki rani, Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby etc. She has appeared in child artist role in a few Bollywood movies of 1990s like China Gate, Halo etc and most recently appeared in the successful movie – Bobby Jasoos starring Vidya Balan in the main lead. Her role as young Radhika, a physically handicapped young girl, in the popular TV series Baa Bahoo Aur Baby earned her quick attention among television audience.

She was born in Mumbai in 17 August 1987. She started her career as a child model for television ads and very soon bagged her first movie as lead actor. She played the role of a 7-year old girl in search of her lost puppy in this National award winning Children’s film directed by santosh Sivan. She also bagged a National award and International Children Film Festival, Hyderabad in Best Child Artist category in 1995. She played the role of Lali in 1998 movie – China gate.

She started her television career in 2004 as a child artist through Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag. It was followed by Baa Bahoo Aur Baby the next year which made her a young star. She also bagged several awards at Star parivar awards. Currently she is seen in Byah Hamari Bahu Ka portraying the role of Paulomi.
