Aditi Ravi is an upcoming actress from Malayalam film industry who shot to fame with 2017 comedy entertainer, Alamarah opposite Sunny Wayne. After playing a few supporting roles in films since 2014, Alamara marked her debut in lead role. Angry Babies in Love was her debut film in 2014 in which she played the supporting role of Maria, and later she was seen in the films, Beware of Dogs and Adventures of Omanakuttan. She was also featured in the music video – Yelove, and the song was sung by Shreya Ghoshal.

Aditi Ravi was born in Thrissur, Kerala to Ravi and Geetha. Her father worked with Saudi airlines and currently retired. Her mother is a housewife. She has one brother and one sister. She currently resides in Kochi. She was studying in class 3, when ‘Niram’ movie got released in late 1990s. Since then she became a fan of Shalini, and dreamt to study in the college where the film was shot. Later she studied in the same college. Yes, Aditi completed her graduation from Christ College, Irinjalakuda. She also had one serious love affair during those colourful days at college, but resulted in a breakup. During her college days she started her modelling career. After that she appeared in several TV commercials too which gave her first break in films.

When she appeared for the auditions of Alamara, its director Mithin asked her to do something which she is comfortable. She did the acting of a girl who reaches Bangalore. She did a similar character in Alamara as well, a working girl who reaches Bangalore for the first time. Thus she bagged her first lead role of her professional career. She receives support from people of same profession. However she is a little bit worried about social media and trolls, which often circulate wrong messages.
