Predicting developments in an entertainment hub like Bollywood is a pretty tough job. You never know how the stars and the superstars will react to a certain situation or a person. When two superstars are on talking terms and help each other promote their film, world certainly looks a far more beautiful place.

The same has happened with the Dabanng star Salman Khan and Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan. Both superstars of Bollywood had films set to release until some days back. Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3 was the first to release and the film did unprecedented business all over. Many records were broken and new ones were set.

Salman Khan promoted Dhoom 3 on the recently concluded reality show Bigg Boss. One wonders how much part did Salman play in the success of Dhoom 3 as it set new benchmarks.

And now it is the turn of Salman Khan to be in a class of his own. He is awaiting the release of his next film Jai Ho. The release is just round the corner and all things are in readiness. It remains to be seen what response Jai Ho gets, especially after Aamir Khan took interest in promoting the film for Salman Khan.

Both Khans have their cluster of fans. Both are super stars of the industry and have spent years in the business. Though Aamir is promoting the film for Salman, it must be mentioned that Salman Khan has delivered hit after hit and was literally unstoppable in the past couple of years.

Dabangg, Dabangg 2, Ready, Wanted, Ek Tha Tiger… and the list of his successful films at the box office just grows with each release. That is why there are a lot of expectations from Salman from this film as well. Salman is such a star today, that even without anyone’s help and promotion he can dish out a hit easily.

The film has been in the news recently for various reasons. But what Salman will want is the film to be in the news for all the right reasons. A hit is what Salman will be desperately looking for, especially after his promotion, in a way helped Aamir’s Dhoom 3 vroom past Rs. 500 crores.
