  I ordered a 1kg Strawberry cake in Velachery Cake world. This is my first experience with cake world, it was the worst experience to me.They provided me a old cake, which was so hard to cut. It's taste was very very bad. We throwed away the cake without eating it. The cake din't even look good, the message on the cake was written so badly with such a worst handwriting. When I asked for refund, the manager refused to refund my amount nor the cake. They are just arguing with the customers. They don't bother about customer satisfaction also. They spoiled my special day. I would never recommend this useless shop for anyone. Don't go there and waste ur money. They don't seem like professional cake makers. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME
