Satabdi Biography 
Satabdi, born in 1987 is a young Indian painter from Kolkata, West Bengal who is known as "Queen of Realistic Painting" and has attracted many artists towards this style of painting. Earlier she has also worked as a photographer and writer. She is also credit as the Creator of "Sandal Painting". At a young age, she has received numerous awards and honours including - Elephanta Award 2007, Artist of the Youth 2008, Kalaniketan Award 2010, Ambrosia Award 2011 and Art Magazine Realistic Artist of the Year 2012.
She is known for modifying the style of Abstract with the combination of Realistic Painting and everything she learnt is through self-experiments. She has conducted several art exhibitions including - Birla Academy 2012, Escape Gallery 2011, Gallery 99 2011 and Allure Gallery 2010. As she is the cover photographer of “Fashion Fiesta” Magazine she has also done fashion photographs. She is also the model girl of “Nymph” beauty product. She also endorses several beauty products and is brand ambassador of several companies. Her blog and website are popular around the globe. Her online exhibitions are very popular indeed.
Satabdi was born on August 5, 1987. She has pursued a career in painting at a very young age and now, regarded as the most successful Indian woman painter of all time. In 2001, at the age of 14 she published her first comic book "Fruity Party" and also created "Swarnomoyee" - a story of a mermaid princess. In the year 2007, she created her first animated movie "Magic" which won, Elephanta Award. She works on Wildlife, Still Life, Indian Mythology, Abstract etc, by applying realism. "The Birth of Gayatri Devi" is her most popular work.
