N. A. Naseer Biography 
N. A. Naseer is a wildlife photographer, nature conservation activist and author from Ernakulam, Kerala. He has authored a few books on wild life in Malayalam and English. Woods and Photographer and Kadine chennu thodumbol are among his noted works. A few portions of his Malayalam book, Kadine chennu thodumbol has been included in Malayalam books of Kerala state syllabus and CBSE.
N. A. Naseer was born in Ernakulam, Kerala into a Muslim family in the year 1962. 10th June is his birth date. A wildlife photographer, nature conservation activist and author, Naseer has travelled in the Western Ghats forests of South India for 40 years. He has captured numerous memorable photographs during his travel. He has captured many photos very close to wild life and nature. He believes that forest is his prayer, oxygen is life and the desire to live prompts man to love nature.
He made his first trekking to forests at the age of 14 during school days. His hobby of travelling brought him to forests. He chose photography and writings only after that. For him these are some methods to know forests near. Now he is 56 and in the past 4 decades or so, he has extensively travelled many forests and has known wild life near. His research works include both flora and fauna and he often refers books to get more details about both.
He never felt scared about forests, though he has travelled to deep forests too, and saw wild life near. ‘Know the laws of forest and study it. That’s the best method for conservation of nature’ - nature conservation activist certifies. He is a member of the Bombay Natural History Society. His photos are regularly published in leading journals of Kerala. He also conducts classes on nature conservation, photography and martial arts.
