Summer Season Fruits

 

Summer Season is horrible. To be protected from this summer we are getting ready with summer costumes, cools drinks. There are some fruits which we get only in summer season which are very healthy. So we have to concentrate on fruits also for protecting ourselves from summer. Here are some of the fruits and their usefulness.

  1. Lichi: Lichi is the summer special fruit. Lichi fruit is rich in proteins, vitamins, fat, citric acids, Pectin, phosphorus and iron. This fruit is very juicy and sweet.
  2. Plumps: Plumps are very easily digestive and helps for good digestion. Plumps  are rich in Vitamin C. It is works good as an antibiotic. It will cure much kind of diseases which attack in this summer season.
  3. Kivi: Compared to other fruits Kivi is more sweeter. It is very rich in Vitamin C. There are more anti-oxidants when compared to orange.
  4. Nectarians : Nectarians look like Peaches, which are very good anti-oxidants. It is useful to the skin which is effected by UV Rays. It removes piradicals.
  5. Peaches: Peaches are rich at Betakaroten and at the same time it is also very rich in Vitamin C. it will be in combination of sour and sweet in taste. These peaches are very tasty. It is very useful to skin.
  6. Black Berry: Black Berry is a very healthy fruit, especially for summer. This black berry is very rich in Polyphenol anti-oxidants. It has a nature to fight with piradicals. We can get this black berry fruits very easily in summer season.
  7. Honey dew melon: One of the fruit which we eat in summer is Honey Dew Melon. It is wonderful fruit. This honey dew melon is more delicious than any other fruit. This honey dew melon is very rich is Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium and Zinc.
  8. Ozens Fruit: This Ozens has another name also, it is also called as Yellow Orange. This fruit is very healthy and at the same time very tasty also. Ozens have the flavor of honey.
  9. Canary Melon: Canary Melon is a very dark colored fruit. It keeps the body fresh. Canary Melon is rich in Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin A.
