Pay Them Right To Stop Job Hopping

For mutual benefit

 

Most companies think that they can save money by offering lesser pay to their employs but that is not true, in most cases workers only feel depressed especially the younger lot who try to find another job as soon as they can find one. This is better to pay them according to their capacity and knowledge to keep them with you for longer duration.

Pay them right

 

I can tell you with my experience that if you pay a person only10percentage extra he will give you 50% extra in turn, getting more than that he deserves he will be more satisfied and he will work 50% extra of his capacity. Besides, he would try to save his job with his best efforts, as he knows that he is worth 100 but getting 110. That way he would be an asset to the company but also company would be benefited by having a tension free employee.

Do not save at worker's cost

 

The whole problem begins when companies try to save at the cost of employees but they loose ultimately either in form of a good employee who leaves the job out of frustration or getting a better job. Therefore, the best strategy to save an employee from tension is to pay him rightful wages that is in best interests of worker and company both

 

Although, Wages are linked to one’s capacity as we are in kind of a retrace with every one else who matters and that is bringing about all kind of dissatisfaction for most of us as no one is happy with his own job. That is one of the reasons to achieve more money as early and as much as possible.

Finally

 

My personal experience says that money is all right because that is our prime object but we should give enough time before we feel frustrated. This is better to increase your proficiency level to become more competent so that your employer thinks in terms of giving you a rise without any delay.

 

What I feel that a satisfied worker as always an asset for a company where as a worker who is always thinking about his unfulfilled desires due to his unsatisfactory wages is working at his half of his actual capacity. This is better and in the interest of a company to keep their deserving employees satisfied.
