Kodaikanal Pillar Rocks are massive structures rising to about 400 feet in height. There are three gigantic boulders standing in a row and there are deep chambers in between them which are called Devil’s Kitchen. There is a steep trek up that takes you round the hillside.

One of the rocks is said to resemble Lord Ganesha and so it is called the spot Pillayar. The surrounding green forests and the cold mist make this a magical place that entrances everyone. The enchanting beauty with scenic surroundings attracts tourists and this place when seen from the opposite cliff gives a wonderful view.
