Kochi Maria is located in the eastern coast of the Bolgatty Island and is the only marina in the country and is under Kerala Tourism Development Corporation. It started its operations on 24^th April 2010 and has berthing facility for about 34 yachts. It also has facilities for repairing yachts and filling fuels and food items. It also has various other facilities such as golf course, swimming pool, spa, health club, bar and restaurant for the sailors. Marina House is built in the traditional architectural style of Kerala and has deluxe rooms and suites.
