Hill Palace is located near Tripunithura and is the largest archaeological museum in Kerala. It was built in 1865 and has 49 buildings spreading across 54 acres of land. It has an archaeological museum, heritage museum, deer park, children’s park and pre-historic park. The exhibits include crown, ornaments, paintings, sculptures, weapons, inscriptions, coins and majestic beds. Many popular films including the famous Malayalam movie Manichitrathazhu was shot here.
