Kodiveri Dam also called Kodiveri Falls is situated 10 kilometers from Gobichettypalayam and 55 kilometers from Erode. The overflow of the dam falls down as waterfalls and is one of the picnic spots in Erode.

People gather here especially in summer season. There is children’s park within the complex and it has swings, beautiful lawns and fountain and coracle rides could be enjoyed in the river. The two banks of the dam are called Akkarai Kodiveri and Ikkarai Kodiveri and one can reach the other end with the help of coracles. Many film shootings have been conducted in this place.
