Kovai Kutralam is a beautiful spot that is located in the western part of the city at about 35 kilometers from Coimbatore. The Siruvani Dam is located near this and the entire area comes under the control of the forest department. So to visit this place you have to obtain prior permission. Very limited bus service is available to this place. However this is one of the enchanting waterfalls that attract many people. You have to walk a mile inside the forest to reach the falls.
