Yediyur Lake is situated in Basavanagudi in Bangalore. It attracts tourists by the boat riding facilities and water scooter riding facilities. There is a small adjoining park which is used as the jogging point of the local people.

 

The center of attraction of the lake is the sculpture of the girl standing in the middle of it that was erected by John Irving. Many talented artists have added their contributions to it and the tranquil beauty of the place has been enhanced. With the park full of colorful blossoms, this is a place full of natural beauty and attracts people during weekends.
