by not following seniority in B.E and Diploma Engineers
Govt of Tamil Nadu will not followed as seniority those whose registered in Employment Exchange and renewealed every 3years routine, but all departments of Tamilnadu will not followed seniority but they will get an employment list from employment office but will not followed appointment ordres will not give as per seniority, they will be followed seniority, the Corruption totaly Elimated from every part of Tamilan studied in Engineering, so the our sangam to give awarness to Engineers in Tamil nadu
