Saiha District Facts: It is one of the two most backward districts of Mizoram which is receiving funds from the Backward Regions Grant Fund Program. Saiha is the third largest town in Mizoram. This is the least populous district of Mizoram. Saiha is the third most developed town in the state. The third largest tribal group in Mizoram, the Maras lives here.
