for providing Wheat Bran to Fair Price Shops
To The Deputy Commissioner, Hailakandi. Sub.: Prayer for providing Wheat Bran to Fair Price Shops regularly which was provided earlier and to check the selling of maximum quantity of wheat bran in the market by some small farmers who easily got huge quantity of wheat bran on subsidized rate beyond their actual need regularly from your office. Sir, We the undersigned are the local people of Hailakandi District, have the honour to appeal before your honour for your kind consideration and sympathetic action by issuing Wheat Bran to Fair Price Shops which was provided earlier as the market price of wheat bran is so high that we are unable to purchase the same to feed our cows and calves regularly. That Sir, we came to know that some small farm owners are getting maximum quintals of Wheat Bran on subsidized rate from your office beyond their actual need by managing the District Veterinary Officer and used to sell these huge quantities of wheat bran in the market regularly keeping your honour in darkness and due to this reason the fair price shops are not getting the wheat bran to provide us as per our need which is an injustice to us. So, we request your honour kindly to issue Wheat Bran to Fair Price Shops regularly by probing the matter seriously as some money sound persons of the district are getting the easy way to gain maximum profits by collecting huge quantity of wheat bran on subsidized rate and selling the maximum quantity in the market as their purchasing rate is Rs.600/- per quintal and selling rate is Rs.1500/- per quintal here the profit is Rs. 900/- per quintal this may kindly be pleased to check immediately and to do justice to us by providing wheat bran regularly to Fair Price Shops and for this act of your kindness we will remain ever grateful to your honour and oblige.
