no response from the company regarding policy payment
Dear Sir, I Mr. Kapil Palan Having two policies of HDFC life of 15000 Rs. among them my one policy is due. I pay regularly and give cheque to hdfc executive, but the hdfc executive is left the job and is not available now, so i requested to customer care for online payment but as discussed i cant pay online by net banking,I dont use credit card, so I cant pay, even as discussed with HDFC executive on phone I cant pay by debit card or IVR too. How Can i Pay my due Policy ? as I have already told the above to customer care and HDFC nearest gandhidham brach office but no response, and even it is told that your policy last date is 13th Aug if you not pay you will have to give extra charge. What a customer can do in such response. As I have surgery in my foot so i cant go there personally to pay for the same and I am also working so I have 9 to 6 job, so I cant go in running days. This problem has become since last two times, I paid personally last time also. While taking policy it is told that it is good and we are for customers etc. and a company is not responding to a Customer who is regular and ready to pay. What a Customer can do ? suggest me if I want to stop this policy, can i Get my payment back ? Should I contact to Grahak suraksha forum ? Regards, Kapil Palan
