Yashashri Masurkar is a popular actress who works in Hindi television. She is also a voice actor. Her role as Khanak in Rang Badalti Odhani makes her a popular actress. Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Chandragupta Maurya, Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain, Aarambh, Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki etc are a few more TV shows in which she acted. She also appeared in the popular episodic show, Savdhaan India most recently, and also Code Red in 2015.
Yashashri Masurkar hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. She was born on 30 December 1986. She started her career as a voice actor, and she worked for All India Radio initially. 1800 rupees is the first salary she got while working with AIR. Rang Badalti Odhani in 2010-2011 marked her debut in TV industry, and after that she has appeared in around a dozen of TV shows, mostly playing supporting roles. To work as a seductress in Aarambh, she took inspiration from Priyanka Chopra of Aitraaz. Yet it was a challenging role for her.
She prefers to remain independent and doesn’t want to enter into a marriage relation easily. She feels is no man is 100% sincere to his lover and she has been cheated on. There have also been guys who entered into a relationship with her when they already had a girlfriend, and such bad experiences have crushed her dreams about the fairy tale of a romantic relationship. Yet the actress certifies that she is a hard core romantic person. Though her parents ask her to settle with marriage, she is not at all interested right now.
