Vijay Yesudas Biography 
Vijay Yesudas is a successful playback singer of Malayalam and Tamil movies. He is better known to public as the son of great singer of Indian film industry, K.J.Yesudas. Now, he is one among the most sought voices of Malayalam and owns many super hit songs also.
Vijay Yesudas was born in Chennai to legendary singer K. J. Yesudas and Prabha. He completed his schooling in Chennai. But he later left to US for further studies. He started seriously learning music from early 2000’s only. His first few songs were not noticed and his voice and talent were always compared with his father. It took a lot of hard work and a few years to get a name in the industry of his own. One among his early hits includes – Kolakuzhal vili ketto Radhe of Nivedyam and he sung this song with Swetha, daughter of veteran playback singer Sujatha Menon. Both these playback singers won Kerala state awards and it was a great break to their singing careers too. Neeyam thanalinu of Cocktail, Ee puzhayum Sandhyakalum of Indian rupee and Mazhakondu matram (Spirit) are other top hits of Vijay.
As a singer, Vijay Yesudas debut with Millenium stars of year 2000. He sang 3 songs for the movie - O Mumbai, Parayan Njan Marannu, Krishna along with other leading playback voices like Hariharan. Same year he sang, ‘Keli Nilavoru’ for the movie – Life is beautiful. When Malayalam movie ‘Friends’ was remaded to Hindi by Sidhique, Vijay debut Tamil industry with the songs - Rukku Rukku and Vaanam Perusuthan. He sang the track ‘Kodi Kodi Minnalgal’ of Tamil movie Jayam. His next successful songs in Malayalam were ‘Vasantha Ravil’ of the movie, Kaiyethum doorathu and ‘Thankathingal’ of Manasinakkare. But it was through award winning performance of Nivedyam that he became popular. He won Kerala State Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer for the second time for the songs - Mazhakondu matram (Spirit) and Akaleyo nee (Grandmaster).
