Varun Kapoor Biography

Varun Kapoor is a popular television actor of Hindi entertainment industry, best known for portraying the roles of Danny Vyas in Saraswatichandra and mentally challenged person Sanskaar Ram Prasad Maheshwari in Swaragini. He portrayed the role of antagonist Mahesh in the fantasy series - Maharakshak: Devi aired on ZEE TV. Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai, Na Aana Is Des Laado and Humse Hai Life are other noted appearances. Though he gained attention for the first time through cute innocent roles, this actor later accepted challenging roles like antagonist in Maharakshak: Devi and and mentally challenged Sanskaar Ram Prasad Maheshwari in Swaragini.

He was born and brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He did his schooling from St. Kabir School, Vadodara and completed his Engineering degree in Electronics from Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune. His further studies were completed at Bloomington, Indiana. In 2013 he got married to his longtime girlfriend Dhanya Mohan, who works with Air India as a senior cabin crew professional.

Varun started his acting journey by a few Gujarati films and TV ads. Later he got associated with a few big shows on television, which made him extremely popular. Danny in the daily soap ‘Saraswatichandra’, is his most popular television role, through which he got appreciation for his cute image. 'Na Aana Iss Des Laado' is also one among his popular roles. Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai in 2009 was his debut television series. Known for accepting diverse roles, he played a high school student in Humse Hai Liife. Currently he is seen in Swarangini, playing a pivot role. It’s the biggest challenging role of his career so far.
