Varinder Singh Ghuman Biography 
Varinder Singh Ghuman is world’s first vegetarian body builder wrestler. He hails from Punjab. In 2015 he played the lead role in the Punjabi sports film on Kabadi, Kabaddi Once Again where he shared screen space with Sudeepa Singh, Jaswinder Bhalla, Binnu Dhillon & Nachhatar Gill. Ghuman has won the prestigious Mr. India in 2009 and reached 2nd place in Mr. Asia the same year. It’s quite surprising that he follows a strict vegetarian diet and avoids eggs also. He has never consumed eggs or meat in his life. His diet includes Indian vegetarian food, milk and milk products. He consumes MAGIC MILK. Karuppanan Venkatesan is the recent bodybuilder who joins his league of vegetarians. He promotes health products of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Asian continent.
He was born into a Sikh family of Punjab. He hails from Talwandi of Gurdaspur district. His father is a retired assistant Sub Inspector in Punjab Police. His mother is a home maker. He currently resides in Jalandhar, where he has opened a gym to train students and contestants for bodybuilding. He is the Heaviest Bodybuilder from the country with 120kg body weight and deep chiseled muscularity. Apart from bagging silver medal at Mr. Asia, Ghuman is India’s only IFBB Pro. Now he is only 23 years old and runs his own Health club.
Bodybuilding is his hobby and passion. He won silver medal at the Junior Nationals in 2006, and represented India at the Asian Jr. Bodybuilding Championships at Taiwan the same year. In Mr. Asian Bodybuilding Championships Aurangabad he won a silver medal. He receives guidance and instructions from Dr. Randhir Hastir. He is nicknamed as Arnold of Punjab. He has trained Bollywood stars like Salman Khan and Manisha Lamba. He is 6′-4” tall and 130 kg in weight.
