Thongkhosiem Haokip Biography 
Thongkhosiem Haokip is an Indian professional footballer who hails from Gangpijang, Manipur. He plays primarily as a forward for Bengaluru FC in the Indian Super League. He is a member of India U23 National team who also plays for Indian Super League - professional football league in India, and currently a member of Bengaluru FC. He has previously played for several football clubs of India such as Pune, Goa, Salgaocar, Kerala Blasters, Bengaluru FC, East Bengal etc, and he got into professional career since 2011, in association with Pune United Sports Association.
Thongkhosiem Haokip was born on 13 March 1993 in Gangpijang, Manipur. He started off as a youth player and represented his state in national games during initial years. Then he joined United Sports Association of Pune in 2011 and was associated with the academy for next two years. He joined the Pune F.C. Academy in 2011, and got opportunity to play in I-league matches and a few more tournaments. He also played an important role for his team to win I-League U20 titles in both 2012 and 2013. In the next season Haokip was promoted to the Pune first-team.
He made his professional debut for the club on 29 September 2013, in a 0 - 0 draw match. He was associated with Pune till 2016 and made 36 appearances and scored 11 goals. Before he was signed by Kerala Blasters for 2016 ISL season, he played on loan for Goa in 2015 and Salgaocar in 2016. But he got opportunity to appear in one match only. Later he played for East Bengal on loan before he was signed by Bengaluru FC in 2017.
