Tahira Kochhar is an Indian actress and model. She debut Bollywood with the movie, Rabba Main Kya Karoon released in 2013. She was casted along with Akash Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Raj Babbar and Riya Sen in this movie. This romantic comedy was directed by Amrit Sagar Chopra. She is Miss Indian finalist 2010 and a successful model too.

 
Tahira Kochhar was born on 31 January'1990 in New Delhi as the daughter of Komal Kochhar, a teacher and Gopal Kochhar who owns Advertising, Marketing and Real Estate Agency of his own. She completed her school days at Vasant Valley School and later graduated from The British School with an I.B. diploma. She started modelling during her college days. It includes ad films and magazine photo shoots. She was the face of J.J. Vallaya's Grand Finale Poster & Press Ads and has walked on the ramp for the same event also. She became successful as a Delhi Ramp Model and was selected for Miss India contest as one among the finalists.

 
Tahira didn’t come from a film background. Yet her real dream was to become an actress and Madhuri Dixit is her role model. She dreams to work with Big B in a movie too. Her dream came true when she was asked to attend audition for her role in Rabba Main Kya Karoon female lead. Its director Amrit Sagar Chopra was impressed by her photographs and chose her from 400 girls who attended the audition. She was really nervous with her first shot and she took acting lessons from her co-actor Arshad Warsi. Through this movie, Akash Chopra also debut big screen in the male lead. She played the role of an innocent girl set to marriage in this movie.
