Taapsee Pannu Biography 
Taapsee Pannu is an Indian film actress and a model who primarily works in the films of Tamil and Telugu languages. She was originally a software engineer who then started to work in modeling industry and later turned an actress.
She was born on 1st August 1987 in Delhi in a Punjabi family. She has one sister named Shagun Pannu. She completed her schooling at Mata Jai Kaur Public School at Ashok Vihar in Delhi and then completed her graduation in computer engineering from Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology in New Delhi.
In 2008, she has won titles like Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face and Safi Femina Miss Beautiful Skin. She started her modeling career when she was working as an engineer. She has appeared in the commercials of popular brands such as Reliance Trends, Red FM, Coca Cola, Motorola, Pantaloon, Standard Chartered Bank, Dabur, Tata Docomo, World Gold Council, etc.
She was featured in the covers of many magazines. She entered film industry in 2010 through the Telugu film Jhummandi Naadam. Her parents were against her acting career and she has to struggle a lot to convince them. Even before the release of her first film, she got chances to act in three more films. The film Aadukalam marked her entry into Tamil film industry.
She is an excellent dancer and has formal training in Kathak dancing. She auditioned for Channel V Get Gorgeous and was selected though she was not in modeling industry at that time. But this selection got her many offers very soon and soon became a popular model.
Some of the films that she has acted include Jhummandi Naadam, Aadukalam, Vastadu Naa Raju, Mr. Perfect, Veera, Vanthaan Vendraan, Mogudu, Gundello Godari, Chashme Baddoor, Shadow, Maranthen Mannithen, Daruvu, etc.
