Sumukhi Suresh Biography 
Sumukhi Suresh is an actor and stand-up comedian. She is also known as a writer and director from Karnataka. Many of her comedy sketches and videos went viral over net. Her videos also appear in a web series for Amazon Prime India. Nicknamed "India's Tina Fey", she is a very popular figure in social media, who is an internet sensation for her comedy acts. Her overweight also plays a magnificent role in making her comedy videos instant hits. Her works mix a little bit of intelligence with tones of comedy. In 2018, she played a supporting role in Humble Politician Nograj, a Kannada political satire film marking her film debut.
Sumukhi hails from Nagpur. She was born in 1987 to south Indian parents. She studied home science for a year at Nagpur. Later she completed her graduation in food science in Chennai, and moved to Bangalore. She dabbled with different kinds of profession after studies. She worked in a children’s library, and also worked as a chef in a food laboratory. During her stint as a chef, she joined The Improv, a group associated with comedy stage shows. As a part of the team, she performed in more than 100 shows in different parts of the country as well as abroad, and in 2015 she decided to become a full-time performer as a comedian.
She shot her first video, Anu Aunty- Engineering Anthem with Varun Agrawal. She rose to fame playing 'Sumukhi Chawla', an NGO employee, in YouTube series, Better Life Foundation. She also gained popularity for her property "Disgust Me". She has performed on stage and shot videos with many famous comedians and personalities.
