Sudheer Babu Biography

Sudheer Babu is a Telugu film actor and former professional Badminton player. He has remained as the top ranked player of both the states – Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh and has won several awards including National School Games runner up. He is married to Priyadarsini, the youngest daughter of Telugu actor Krishna. The couple got married in 2006 and has two kids. He is the brother-in-law of Telugu actors, Mahesh Babu, Manjula Ghattamaneni and Ramesh Babu. He debut film field in the year 2010 with the movie, Ye Maaya Chesave followed by Siva Manasulo Sruthi, Prema Katha Chithram and Aadu Magaadra Bujji.

Sudheer Vesapogu, also known as Sudheer Babu Posani was born to Posani Nageswara Rao and Posani Rani on 11 May 1977 in Vijayawada. He did his schooling in Siddartha public school of his hometown. Later he graduated from Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyderabad. During this time, he got interested in badminton and took this sport as his profession and hobby. He has played many tournaments and won many prizes as well, including National School Games runner up and Junior Badminton World Cup probable. He has also received top rank as a badminton player for both Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. He also played alongside with Pullela Gopichand as a doubles partner.

Sudheer began his acting career with the film Ye Maaya Chesave, doing supporting role. The movie directed by famous film director Gautham menon was produced by his sister-in-law Manjula Ghattamaneni. As a lead actor, his first movie was SMS (Siva Manasulo Sruthi) directed by Tatineni Satya. The movie was released in 2012. He was paired opposite debutant Regina Cassandra. His second film as hero, Prema Katha Chitram was released in 2013, where he was paired opposite Nandita.
