Spoorthi Yadagiri Biography 
Spoorthi Yadagiri is a south Indian playback singer who predominantly works in Telugu film industry. She is best known for item songs. She is the daughter of cine personality, Jithender Yadagiri best known for his association with film, radio and television industry. She started playback singing as a child artist at the age of 11 and her debut song for Telugu film, Yamaho yama shot her to instant fame. "Kukkurukuru” from the movie Kick 2 is her most popular song which she recorded at the age of 14. Her name is recorded as the youngest playback singer, lyricist and music composer in Telugu Book of World Records. Since 2014 she has sung more than a dozen of Telugu film songs. Undi Pothara from 2018 film, Hushaaru is her most recent recorded song.
Spoorthi was born on 25 March 2000 in Rama Krishna Puram, Mandamarri, Adilabad District, Telangana. She was born into a family with film background. Her father Jithender Yadagiri has directed many Telugu films and Telugu soaps, and is also a film distributer. He has also directed more than 20 Telugu radio plays broadcasted on All India Radio. Spoorthi’s musical journey started at a very young age and she has sung as a child artist for Telugu movies. In the early teens itself, she got some good opportunities from film industry.
A child prodigy she started writing poems and composing tunes at the age of three. Later she started concentrating on studies, but the love for singing remained. Spoorthi has sung for big music directors like S.S. Thaman and Anup Rubens. She has earned a place in the Telugu Book of Records, as the youngest female playback singer in the industry. Her forte lies in singing item songs. But if given opportunity, she also loves to sing melody and western tunes. Currently she is learning vocals from Charitha Ben and am a student of Trinity College, London, and doing her 5th grade.
