Sonam Pawar (Marathi) Biography

Sonam Pawar is an Indian actress associated with Marathi cinema. She also appears in Marathi TV shows and Hindi serials. She is also a stage actress who has a great experience in Marathi theatre. Keshava Madhava of Suyog Prakashit and Bombay 17 of Advait Theater are the professional plays in which she acted, apart from a dozen of experimental plays. She has also been featured in one music video, Sajaanaa and a few TV ads such as Champion Atta Ad for UK & London, Ayorma spa, Hiranandani (Pawai) lifestyle, Ayorma spa face wash, Creamchill ice cream's shop etc. She was most recently seen in 2017 Marathi feature film, Charandas Chor. She played the lead character role Kiran in Etv Marathi serial - Aapala buva asa aahe.

Sonam Pawar was born on 10th March 1989 in Bhandup, Mumbai. Shubhada & Rajendra Pawar are her parents. She completed her schooling from Patkar School in Dombivali and graduation in commerce from B.Y.K. Collage of Nashik. Later she took Master's in Theater Arts to pursue a career in theatre and art. She also completed air hostess course. Her first break to small screen happened through the Serial, Asava Sundar Swapnacha, aired on Etv Marathi. She was later seen in the serials - Aapla Buva Assa Ahe (ETv Marathi), Tumache Amche Same Aste (Star Pravah) and Duheri (Star Pravah). She was also seen in Hindi serial, Story by Rabindranath Tagore aired on EPIC TV.

Sonam is best known for her theatric experience, and has been associated with both professional and amateur mode of plays. She won 2nd prize of Best Actress at Vodafone Rangasangati competition for the experimental play, Ovi directed by Sachin & Aniket Patil. Pratibimba, Hich Tar Premachi Gammat Age, A Mid-Summer Night Dreams, Juliet Ceser, Yatna Ghar, Ashad ka Ek Din, Charshe Koti Visarbhole, Pala Pala Kon Pudhe Pale To etc are among the experimental plays in which she acted.
