Shritha was born as Parvathy Shivadas on 14 April 1991 to Shivadas and Uma in Uliyanoor, Aluva, Kerala. She graduated in Microbiology from the Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering and Technology, Kallady. Shritha started her career as an anchor for the programme named Dew Drops in Kairali, followed by Kairali TV’s Tharolsavam. She made a magical debut in Malayalam with one of the top movies of year 2012, Ordinary. This movie marked the successful re-entry of actor Kunchacko Boban too. The film shows the beautiful screen shots of Gavi and after its success, Shritha is often mentioned as ‘Gavi girl’. Her role as Kalyani earned her SIIMA Award for Best Female Debutant award for the same year.

It was followed by suspense thriller, 10:30 am Local Call. This movie was not noticed at box office. However, a single hit song, ‘Etho saayahna swapnangalil’ helped her to remain in limelight. In the movie, Money Back Policy, she worked with veteran actor Sreenivasan. This movie too was a big flop at box office. Now she has shifted to Tamil movies and her Malayalam movies, Weeping Boy, Rasputin and Hang over are set to release.
