Shipra Khanna Biography 
Shipra Khanna, a celebrity chef is the winner of Star TV’s most popular cookery show – Master Chef India (season 2). The first season of the show was hosted by Akshay Kumar, who has been a chef before entering film industry. Pankaj Bhadouria – was the winner of the first season of the popular show. As the winner of the show, Shipra got opportunity to publish her own cookery book and host a cookery show, apart from winning 10 Lakh Indian rupees as cash prize. With this single show, she became a celebrity chef. Khanna is specialized in Global cuisine, Indian, baking, Desserts and fusion food, and she has opened her own restaurant.
She was born in Shimla on November 17, 1981. She schooled at at Lorreto convent, Shimla and later studied at St Bede's. She participated in Master Chef India (season 2) in 2011. 50 contestants participated for the show, where she emerged as the winner. Later she hosted the cookery show on Star Plus - "Kitchen stars ka safar", apart from uploading her cookery videos and kitchen tips on you tube through - "Shipra's Kitchen". One of the youngest and glamorous celebrity chefs of the world, now Shipra has made a unique name in the industry.
At present she shines as a chef, hotelier, TV host and a writer of cookery books. "The Spice Route" – was her first published book. She has anchored cookery shows like "Kitchen stars ka safar","Pure Sin", “Food Food”, “K for Kids" etc. She hosts the show, "Pure Sin", which gives the recipes of desserts only, which itself is a unique concept. Through her show, “K for Kids", she teaches kids how to make simple dishes.
