Shifuji Shaurya Bhardwaj Biography 
Grandmaster Shifuji Shaurya Bhardwaj is India’s one of the leading martial arts trainers. He shot to instant fame after playing the Kerala martial arts guru in 2016 action flick, Baaghi. In the movie he is training numerous students with Kerala’s traditional martial arts, along with Tiger Shroff. In real life too, he is a personal trainer of Tiger Shroff, best known for his action moves. Tiger Shroff starrer 'Baaghi' surely made a lot of jaws drop with its spine-chilling action, and a part of its credits goes to Shifuji also. He is a Chief Commando Trainer who has aced many deadly martial art forms including Marmah & Varam Kalaripayattu.
The much-talked about character of on-screen guru Aachan in Baaghi was played by Grandmaster Shifuji Shaurya Bhardwaj, who is a Chief Commando Trainer in real life. He has also trained and given lessons to film celebrities. He has served as the Special Anti-Urban Terrorist Tactics Instructor for Mumbai Police after the 26/11 attacks and Special Commando Trainer for Combatants of the Army’s Fighting Regiment. He is touted to be one of the best commando trainers in the world, and after the release of Baaghi, he gained a lot of attention from public as well.
He uses military uniform for his training sections, which has invited a lot of controversies and open debates too. He wears clothes like the armed forces, keeps discipline and fitness along with his fashion sense. He is accused of wearing a maroon beret, donning a Marcos and a Balidan Badge, which are regarded synonymous to ranks and acknowledgement of exemplary service towards the nation. He is trained personnel of the Indian armed forces, para-military forces, police as well as enforcement agencies. As a freelance trainer also, he has trained many military units.
