Sheena Shahabadi Biography

Sheena Shahabadi is a Bollywood actress, who appears in south Indian movies as well. She marked her film debut as lead heroine through 2009 Bollywood movie – Tere Sang opposite Ruslaan Mumtaz. The movie explored the subject of teen pregnancy. Sheena was later seen in south Indian movies – Bindaas, Tolisariga, Rajadhani, Nandeeswarudu, Action 3D, Gaddam Gang, Nuvve Na Bangaram etc. She was also seen in Bollywood movies - I, Me, aur Main and Raqt. She is the daughter of Sadhna Singh of Nadiya Ke Uss Par fame.

Sheena was born to Rajkumar Shahabadi and Bollywood actress Sadhna Singh of Nadiya Ke Uss Par fame. She got inspired to become an actress seeing her mother’s profession. She was married very young before reaching film field. She was married to Vaibhav Mohite, whose dad works in the Mumbai Police department. But the marriage didn’t last long and she separated from him long ago before Tere Sang got released. Sheena never tried to hide the truth and says, it’s the advice of her parents not to hide the truth. She believes her marriage to be the biggest blunder of her life. She made a rather unconventional beginning in Bollywood. Tere Sang was directed by Satish Kaushik and he played a cameo role as well.

2010 marked her Telugu debut. She played female lead opposite Manoj Manchu in the action film – Bindaas. The movie received generally positive reviews and was a box office hit. In 2011, she made her Kannada debut through Rajadhani. After positive reviews from critics, Rajadhani got a good opening and was a moderate success at the box office. Later Sheena Shahabadi regularly appeared in south Indian movies and song sequences.
