Shami Ahmed Biography 
Shami Ahmed is an Indian cricketer who is a right handed batsman and right arm medium fast bowler. He plays first class cricket for Bengal team. In IPL matches he plays for Kolkata Knight Riders team.
Shami Ahmed was born on 9th March 1990 in Moradabad in India. His first class debut was on 17th November 2010 against Assam team and his list A debut was on 10th February 2011 against Orissa team. He made his T20 debut against Cuttack team on 20th October 2010. His good performances in the domestic matches made him to be selected for the West Indies bound India A squad in 2012.
He showed remarkable performance in the Ranji Trophy 2012 season including a hat trick in the first innings against Hyderabad team. He was selected for India’s ODI series against Pakistan where he is to start his first international match.
