Shakti Soundar Rajan Biography 
Shakti Soundar Rajan is a film director associated with Tamil cinema. He made his debut as a director with Naanayam (2010) and later directed three more Tamil films, belonging to different genres. He scripted all these movies as well. Naaigal Jaakirathai in 2014 was his second release. His third release, Miruthan in 2016 was the First Zombie movie in Tamil Cinema, and his fourth release, Tik Tik Tik in 2018 is credited to be India’s first space film. The film starring Jayam Ravi opened to average reviews and was cited to be a good experimental film belonging to this genre.
Shakti Soundar Rajan was born on March 10, 1982 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He worked as assitant director to Venkat Prabhu before he turned an independent director. Brave enough to try new techniques and themes in Tamil cinema, within a short time since 2010, this director has created a niche of his own in Tamil film industry. He loves to make extravagant films, but to shoot quickly so that they turn less-expensive ones. In a career spanning to around one decade he has scripted and directed four films, and gathered attention for all these ventures.
Rajan loves traveling and he is a fitness freak. He participates in Marathons and successfully completes them. He married Lakshmi on January 27, 2013 and is now blessed with two children. As a director he marked his debut with Naanayam in 2010. Jayam Ravi frequently stars in his films. Ravi’s son was featured in his most recent release, Tik Tik Tik in 2018. Jayam Ravi played lead role in this space movie. With more than 80 minutes of computer graphics, romantic angle was excluded for the movie to give it a better visual appeal.
